Scout's Honor is a newsletter Publication of the Laurel Highlands Council. While it is mailed to the Council's adult leadership it contains information of interest to Scouts as well.

All Scouts and adults participating in scouting activities needs to complete Sections A and B

Anyone going to Summer Camp must also complete Part C. Part C is to be completed and signed by a certified and licensed heath-care provider—physician (MD or DO), nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. It is important to note that the height/weight limits must be strictly adhered to when the event will take the unit more than 30 minutes away from an emergency vehicle, accessible roadway, or when the program requires it, such as backpacking trips, high-adventure activities, and conservation projects in remote areas. This year the troop is traveling to Camp Manatoc in Ohio for Summer Camp. Camp is scheduled for June 24 to June 30. The cost is $290. There are Camperships for those who need a helping hand. A current medical form is required. A blank Summer Camp Medical Form is attached.
